Standard Pavers:
Finding the right paver choice can be challenging! With several designs, textures, and color combinations out there, picking the right choice for your property can be a daunting task. Here at RTC Hardscapes, we will guide you through this process so that you can find that perfect choice for your backyard oasis!
Pavers are only part of creating your outdoor space! Take your backyard to the next level with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, or pavilion structure! RTC Hardscapes is your go to company for creating premium outdoor hardscape living areas.
Cost: A typical paver patio will generally cost more than concrete/stamped concrete. Prices can range depending on material selections and outdoor fixtures.
Permeable Pavers:
The biggest obstacle in the permitting and HOA/ARC process is keeping your lots built-upon-area under the allowed amount. Often times, this will not allow you to use concrete or standard pavers that contribute towards your BUA. Permeable pavers on the other hand, are designed to let water through and will not contribute to that BUA figure in most jurisdictions. Here at RTC Hardscapes, we will guid you through this process to ensure that you can have the outdoor living space of your dreams!
Cost: Permeable pavers such as Belgard's Aqualine lineup, will generally be in the upper third (Tier 3) of the price spectrum.
